I / We declare that the information provided to be correct and complete to the best of my / our knowledge and know it is an offence under the Housing Act 1996 to give false or misleading information or to withhold information which has been asked for.

I am aware that I / We have a duty to notify the Erimus Housing in writing of any changes in my / our circumstances that might effect my / our application for housing. I / We understand that the information will be held on computer. Erimus is registered to do this under the Data Protection Act 1998. A copy of Erimus Housing’s registration is held for inspection.

I / We consent to the Erimus Housing obtaining or releasing information relating to my / our application to other professional housing or government agencies if necessary.

All information held is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. Erimus Housing is registered to give and receive information and a copy of their registration is available upon reasonable request. Homechoice is a computer based system and as such is subject to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. It is a joint initiative with other housing providers which will require the obtaining and sharing of information. You should be aware that by registering on the system you give consent to this sharing and obtaining of information relevant to your request. It is an offence under the Housing Act 1996 to give false or misleading information or to withhold that which is reasonably requested.
